Pre production inspection: the inspector inspects the raw materials, initial processed products and parts produced by random sampling. Inspection in the production process: the inspector inspects the semi-finished products on the production line or the finished products just off the line, checks the errors and deviations, reports to the manufacturer, and proposes effective methods to correct the errors and deviations.
Sampling inspection before delivery of finished products: the inspector shall inspect the quantity, process, function, color, size, specification, packaging and other details of the goods before the completion of product production and packaging and delivery (generally 80% of the products are packaged after 100% production). The sampling method is in accordance with internationally recognized standards such as ISO2859/NF X06-022/ANSI/ASQC Z1.4/BS 6001/DIN 40080. At the same time, follow the buyer's AQL sampling level.
Supervise shipment: After the sampling inspection of the final products before shipment, the inspector shall assist the manufacturer to confirm whether the packing used meets the due cleaning conditions and packing conditions in the factory base, warehouse or during the packing and transmission process.
Factory evaluation: The inspector shall assign a factory auditor according to the customer's requirements to inspect the working conditions, production conditions, facilities, manufacturing equipment, manufacturing methods, quality assurance management and personnel of the production enterprise, and put forward corresponding instructions and opinions, which can not only investigate the problems that may cause quality accidents for customers, but also provide rectification opinions.
ASCP uses the ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008 (AQL) as its sampling standard and acceptable level of quality. This method is widely used to decide whether to accept a production lot without checking every single item. This standard now has equivalents in all national and international standardization organizations such as BS6001, ABC105, ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, NFX 06-022, ISO 2859 and DIN 40080.It offers the advantage of clearly defining the number of samples to be inspected from a given lot or consignment. It also suggests the maximum number of defective items allowed in the samples size unless specified by clients. Our default Acceptable Quality Level is Level II.
