Steps list process for enterprises to apply for SLCP factory inspection:

1. First, you need to establish an account in the Gateway.

2. Select an appropriate hosting platform (AH) and establish a hosting platform account.

3. Complete a self-assessment or joint assessment. There are two alternative ways to conduct self-assessment or joint assessment:

Method 1: The factory enters the gateway and downloads the latest data collection tool (excel) for self-assessment or joint assessment (click "Start SLCP Assessment" in the menu on the left of the gateway home page). After the factory completes the evaluation, it can be uploaded to the hosting platform (AH).

Method 2: The factory logs into the hosting platform (AH) and directly completes the self-assessment or joint assessment online.

4. The factory contacts each verification agency by phone or email to inquire about the cost of verification, and then selects an appropriate verification agency.

5. The factory registers the selected verification organization on the hosting platform. After that, the verification organization will receive an automatic email reminding that it is invited to verify.

6. After the verification, the factory will receive an email to inform the factory verifier that the verification has been completed. The factory needs to log into the hosting platform and review the verification report.

7. When the factory has no objection to the verification report, the factory can click "Confirm" on the last page of the report on the hosting platform to confirm that it has read and agreed to the verification data information. On the contrary, the factory can click the "Dispute" button on the hosting platform. The factory has 10 days to review the validation data. If you do not click "Confirm" or "Dispute" after 10 days, the system will automatically confirm the approval data.

8. After that, the factory can share the verified data information to other hosting platforms. The factory can also read the verification report in the gateway, download it or share it with customers through various hosting platforms.

There are 7 basic reasons why SLCP factory inspector works overtime for enterprises:

1. Salary method. The piecework system is adopted, overtime wages are not paid, SLCP audit institutions are certified, attendance is not strictly checked, and the enterprise does not pay attention to overtime;

2. Supplier management issues. The supplier does not deliver the goods in time, waiting for materials at any time, and the employees are on site without output;

3. Quality management problems. It is difficult to pass the sample test at one time. SLCP does not allow enough time for the production of large goods. The phone number of the SLCP inspection organization is easy to cause a lot of rework due to product quality problems;

4. Business order receiving problem. The delivery date of the customer's order matches the factory's production capacity, and there is no timely communication with the customer, resulting in excessive and concentrated overtime of employees;

6. Staff skills. The mobility of employees is high, there are many new employees, the proficiency of employees is low, and there is a lack of adequate training;

7. Process setting. The process setting is unreasonable, the capacity between processes is not matched, and bottlenecks cause product detention, resulting in waste of efficiency.
