1. What are the issues to pay attention to when registering an account for a new factory?

① The email used for registering a new factory must be the factory email;

② The factory name and address used for registration must be consistent with the business license and actual address;

③ It is recommended to use "Mandarin" as the only common language for registering account information in the factory.

2. What is the difference between the two hosting platforms validated by SLCP?

There are two existing hosting platforms, one is the higg hosting platform and the other is the FFC hosting platform.

Among them, if the brand requires the use of the FFC platform, the factory needs to askthe brand to help register an FFC account before logging in.

3. Is there an age version of the SLCP/FEM self-assessment form?

The Self Assessment Form (FSLM) of SLCP does not have an age version, only a framework version, and the current CAF1.5 version. The self-assessment form needs to be filled out at 100% to be submitted.

Module FEM and vFEM have natural year version restrictions.

4. Is there an expiration date for submitting the SLCP self-assessment form?

After submitting the self-assessment form, the ASC status will be displayed. If on-site verification is not conducted within 2 months after this status, the section will expire and the hosting platform needs to be contacted for reactivation.

1. Do all 7 sections of the FEM self-assessment form have requirements?

Yes, and since different brands have different requirements, the specific requirements ofthe brand shall prevail.

2. Does moving the factory have any impact on FEM self-assessment?

If a factory has been moved within the previous natural year, the feasibility of verification must be confirmed in advance with the brand and verification agency, otherwise verification cannot be carried out.

3. What is the difference between "ordinary" and "expert" in FEM validation?

FEM is divided into "ordinary verification" and "expert verification", with "chemical" module questions within 13 being "ordinary verification", and vice versa being "expert verification".

What other issues do you need to pay attention to at present?

If a trading company has a buyer's request and has been confirmed by an auditing agency, the above two verifications can be carried out.
