Higg Factory Social and Labor Assessment Module (Higg FSLM) Higg FSLM is committed to promoting safe and fair social and labor conditions for employees in the global value chain, and it also evaluates the effectiveness of social management plans. This module measures: Recruitment and Employment/Working Hours/Salary and Benefits/Employee Benefits/Employee Participation/Health and Safety/Termination/Management System Labor standards required by factories and standards for value chain partners/External contact with other factories or organizations on social and labor issues/Community participation Higg FSLM adopts the Social and Labor Integration Plan (SLCP) aggregation evaluation framework to ensure consistency in industry assessments and measurements.
