Definition of SLCP Evaluation Status Terms

When a factory conducts an SLCP process, it is often possible to understand the status of the process by "evaluating status.". The evaluation status is a three letter abbreviation and is displayed on the factory's accounts at Gateway and Accredited Host (AH: Approved Hosting Platform).

The evaluation status represents the following:

ASI: Assessment Initiated, the assessment is officially started (or the assessment begins). It means that by downloading the Excel version of the Data Collection Tool from AH or filling it out online on AH, the factory has started a self/joint assessment.

ASD: Assessment Deleted, the assessment was deleted. The factory has deleted self/joint assembly and has not yet started a new evaluation.

ASC: Assessment Completed, assessment completed. The factory has completed the self/joint assembly and has submitted it on AH.

VRP: Verification in Progress. The factory has selected a Verifier Body (VB, the verification company) and VB has also assigned a Verifier.

VRQ: Verification Quality Check. Gateway has received a validated evaluation report (sent by AH) and is performing an automated quality check (performed by SLCP).

VRC: Verification Completed, verification completed. The verifier completed the on-site verification and submitted it on the AH. The factory will receive an email notification and can confirm it within 14 natural days.

VRE: Validation is being modified. The quality inspection found that the validation evaluation report needs to be modified. SLCP, Verification Oversight Organization (VOO) or verifier will modify the report before sending it to the factory for inspection.

VRD: Verification Dispatched to appeal (or dispute over verification). If the factory has any doubts about the validation report, it can apply for review of the report within 14 natural days, which will change the evaluation status to VRD. VOO will review and resolve the dispute with the factory and verifier. If it is confirmed that the verifier needs to modify the report, the report status will be adjusted to VRC, which will be modified by the verifier, and the factory can no longer request a review; If it is determined that the dispute is invalid, the report status will be adjusted to VRF.

(Recommendation: The factory should not click on VRD randomly, but should confirm relevant information and communicate with the verification agency before making a decision)

VRF: Verification Finalized, verification has ended (or verification has ended). The factorycan share the report to other users through AH or Gateway. Within 14 natural days fromthe start of VRC, if the factory does not make a confirmation in advance, the report will automatically change to the VRF status after 14 days.

VRI: Verification Invalidated, the verification has expired (or is invalid). The validation report has been confirmed to be invalid and cannot be shared again. Users who previously shared reports through the system will receive relevant notifications. VOO can set the report to VRI status according to the quality manual (based on QA results).
