What to do if FSLM self-assessment expires?Issuing time:2024-02-28 08:40 Have you ever encountered an expired FSLM (Facility Social and Labor Module) self-assessment on Worldly? Today, the editor will share with you a knowledge of dry goods.Let's take a look together. What should you do if your FSLM self-assessment has expired? How to restore it to normal? Reasons for FSLM self-assessment expiration FSLM self-assessment has a specific time frame that needs to be completed and submitted. The validity period of the published FSLM self-assessment data is only 60 days. If this deadline is exceeded and has not been verified, your evaluation may expire. If your FSLM self-assessment has expired, please follow these steps to resolve the issue: 1. Contact support personnel This is the first and most crucial step. You can send it via email Support@worldly.io Contact them through the chat function on the Worldly platform or request that your FSLM self-assessment be reopened. 2. Update your FSLM data After restarting the evaluation, please review and update your FSLM data as needed. Ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date. 3. Verify submission date Ensure that the submission date in FP-BAS-26 is within two months of the current date. This is an important requirement to continue. 4. Post Self Assessment (ASC) After updating the data and ensuring the submission date is correct, release the self-assessment again. 5. Monitor your dashboard If vFSLM has been purchased, it will reappear on your dashboard. If you have not made a purchase yet, a "Purchase" button will appear on the left side of the dashboard. 6. Continue verification After enabling FSLM self-assessment again, you now have 7 days to continue the verification process and move the evaluation status to "VRP" (verification in progress). 7. Extend the effectiveness of vFSLM You do not need to apply for an extension every 7 days. On the contrary, if you anticipate that the validation process may exceed the initial 7-day deadline, you can contact Wordly's support team to extend the validity period of the vFSLM module as validation approaches. Please note that there is no limit on the number of extensions for the validity period of vFSLM. This flexibility allows you to complete the verification process without unnecessary time constraints. If you have any operational questions, please contact the ASCP team in a timely manner. |
